The Intentional Living Method™
The Intentional Living Method™ is my signature framework for creating homes that support clarity, wellbeing, and intentional living.
More than a design process, it is a way of understanding how our environment influences the way we think, feel, and live. Each step is intentionally designed to reduce overwhelm, support healthy habits, and create spaces that reflect the life you want to live.
1. Clear
Remove what no longer serves you to create mental and physical space. Reducing visual clutter helps reduce cognitive load, allowing your home to feel lighter, calmer, and more supportive.
2. Contain
Everything deserves a purposeful place. Thoughtful organisation reduces decision fatigue and creates effortless daily routines, allowing your environment to work with you rather than against you.
3. Soften
A home should engage the senses as much as it pleases the eye. Through texture, light, natural materials, colour, and comfort, we create spaces that restore and regulate.
4. Anchor
Design with intention by creating meaningful focal points that reflect your values, habits, and identity. Your home becomes a quiet reminder of the life you are choosing to live.
5. Maintain
Lasting transformation comes through small, consistent rituals. Seasonal resets and simple daily habits keep your home aligned with your evolving lifestyle.
The Philosophy
Your home is more than a collection of beautiful rooms.
It quietly influences your habits, emotions, energy, and overall wellbeing.
The Intentional Living Method™ helps bridge the gap between interior design and intentional living, creating spaces that don’t just look beautiful—but actively support the person you are becoming.
